Digital Marketing for Beginners was written for massage therapists and small business owners, as a guide to help you navigate the sometimes complicated world of digital marketing.
After spending thousands of dollars trying to market my massage practice, with very few regular clients i return, I decided to start marketing online.
It took me years to learn all the things I've shared in this book! Literally!
But, when my business finally took off (and it's still doing very well - I'm so busy) - I promised myself I would help others build their business with what I had learned!
That's when I wrote this book!!
Using Facebook Messenger for business marketing offers a huge advantage over other traditional types of communication, and has transformed the way customers expect to communicate with businesses, with over 20 million messages being sent between customers and companies every month.
Most often, real people are behind Messenger marketing, while others are powered by bots, and some are even a combination of both. No matter how a campaign is ran, or whether it's using Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or Instagram Direct, all messaging apps have the ability to create real connections with customers that other businesses only dream about.
Facebook Messenger, commonly known as Messenger, is a free instant-messaging platform that lets users chat, share pictures, videos, audio, files, conduct group chats, interact with customers naturally. The platform is one of the most downloaded apps in the world, with well over 1 billion active monthly users.

3. Set Up to Send Instant Replies
You can set Instant Replies to go to people the first time they message your page. This feature is located below Response Time under Messaging.
4. Learn About Users Who Message You
Facebook makes it easy to personalize your communications by displaying personal details of the people messaging you to the right of their message. Facebook links to their profile and tells you if the person has liked your page and when, any previous communication between you and where they work, went to school, live and are from.
