1. Lavender for it's wonderful relaxation benefits. It just goes hand in hand with Massage.2. Eucalyptus because it helps to awaken the body and help sinus pressure after being face down with head in the face rest.3. Ravensara is my favorite because it is an anti-stress, anti-anxiety, and relaxation oil. It's scent is very similar to Eucalyptus!
